Job Description: The Custom Home Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for luxury home building and a strong background in residential construction.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, plans, and specifications
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager and clients
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom homes
- Proven ability to manage high-end custom home construction projects successfully
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
