Social Worker- LCSW needed ASAP Social Worker will work remote and travel to personal care homes/facilities. The Social Worker helps patients and families adjust to illness and life-style changes due to illness through counseling and coordination of community, social and hospital services, and intervenes appropriately in cases of suspected domestic violence or abuse. Education Masters Degree : Accredited School of Social Work (Required)Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience 2 Years experience as a Social Worker in a ambulatory or community setting. (Required)2 Years experience as a Social Worker in a hospital setting. (Preferred) License/Certifications CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Preferred)SW-LIC - PA Social Worker License (Preferred)All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.
