Nuc Med Tech needed asapDuration: 13 weeksShift: Days, 6:30a-3p, Mon-Fri, 24/7 call coverageLicensure:Current IN State Board of Health CertificationCertification as a NMTCB or ARRTBCLS within 30 days of hireSAMA Level 1 within 30 days of hireEducation:Must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine programOther:Willing to work with all ages (child, adolescent and aging adult)The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is a graduate of an accredited program AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer or NMT or has Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) registry. The NMT is responsible for providing timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology, regulating equipment used to scan, and prints, develops and organizes films.
