Job Description Architectural firm looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team. They seek a motivated individual who would excel at contributing to architectural presentations, crafting construction drawings and documents, and designing various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Architects to create conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.
- Execute architectural drawings and implement revisions and corrections based on redlined drawings.
- Review design documents and construction estimates.
- Aid in coordinating with engineering consultants and aligning documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings.
- Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably holds a degree in Architecture.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Familiarity with the design process, building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Capable of independent problem-solving and effective teamwork.
- Portfolio or work samples in both AutoCAD and Revit formats required.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive base compensation ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 (Experience-dependent).
