Requirements:

● Scheduling experience. Must be able to multi-task.

Day to Day:
The Participant Coordinator will assist in the successful execution of AR/VR research studies by:
● Collaborating with program managers and technical program managers to recruit participants to
engage in the research study including:
○ Engaging and communicating with a third party for sourcing participants
○ Ensuring a standard level of quality for participants
○ Ensuring a standard level of diversity among participants
○ Communicating efficiently with participants and stakeholders
○ Validating that participants arrive on-time for the study and complete the study
○ Resolving any participant issues that may arise during the study
○ Tracking and reporting metrics on the participant recruitment process and quality of participants to leadership
● As a member of the Coordination Squad:
○ Develop and implement projects for improvement of the study’s processes
○ Provide guidance and direction to Capture Technicians on processes and procedures
○ Establish roadmap objectives and plans to accomplish them
● Submitting study approvals for new pilots
● Submitting privacy approvals for new and existing pilots
● Training new employees and leading team initiatives, including assisting the Service Delivery Manager in developing and executing onboarding plans
Expectations for Success:
To be able to successfully execute on the day-to-day responsibilities above, the Participant Coordinator
is expected to:
● Work closely with the PMs, TPMs, and researchers to define a clear plan for requirements of study participants
● Update and/or create SOPs and other documentation relevant to the processes of sourcing and handling participants
● Proactively identify potential blockers or pain points for stakeholders and work to address and resolve as soon as possible, ideally before capture begins
● Serve as the primary point of contact on capture days for all relevant stakeholders with regards to study participants
● Support the PMs, TPMs, and SDM as a member of the Coordination Squad
● Meet regularly with the Service Delivery Manager to provide updates and feedback on recruiting efforts; escalate larger concerns or issues to the SDM as soon as possible
Compensation :
$30/hr to $33/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
