Process Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Process Engineer. You will be responsible for overseeing production runs, troubleshooting processes, and identifying areas for optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor processes to ensure output meets quality and efficiency standards.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities through data analysis.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
  • Create standard operating procedures and control plans.
  • Manage equipment and instrumentation calibrations.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
  • Ensure environmental, health, and safety standards are upheld.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a chemical processing environment.
  • Understanding of unit operations like crystallization, filtration, mixing etc.
  • Knowledge of optimization principles and six sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical methods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with problem solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team.
