Job Details A Michigan hospital is seeking their next Interim Director of Compensation! The Position
The Interim Director of Compensation will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department.
The Interim Director will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including competitive compensation programs, incentive programs, compliance, and financial budgets.
This leader will collaborate closely with Corporate Benefits/Retirement teams to ensure timely and effective comprehensive rewards packages for staff members.
Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical and change management experience in addition to extensive knowledge pertaining to healthcare compensation trends, regulations, and best practices.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required master's degree is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 7+ years of progressive compensation experience is required.
Healthcare industry experience is required.
