Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve greater independence and improve their daily living skills. You will work with individuals of all ages, assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans to enhance their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' abilities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities, including fine motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies to support progress and maintain improvements.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Experience in a variety of settings (e.g., hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools) is preferred.
