nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Human Factors Engineer to join the team.

nThe Human Factors Engineer will:
nUnderstands human interfaces with complex systems Experienced with Human Computer or Human Robotic Interfaces
nAbility to assess human interfaces for usability, cognitive ease, and other important factors Knowledge of best practices in human-centered design
nSome software experience preferred
nPerform other duties as required
nHere’s what you’ll need :
nRequisition Qualifications:

nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience with software verification and validation processes Experience with complex distributed systems
nExperience with one or more of the following:

nDesign for usability
nDesign for maintainability
nAccident avoidance
nSafety hazard avoidance
nRisk mitigation
nEnvironmental limits & controls
nExperience with autonomous systems
nExperience with mission and safety critical systems
