Job Description Assistant Project Manager As the Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting the Sr. Project Manager
- Overseeing residential construction sites.
- Heavily administrative, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be responsible for managing project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction, preferably in California.
- Ability to read and analyze architectural plans.
- Experience working with local cities and jurisdictions is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
