Responsibilities - Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health and relationship issues
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs
- Help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance clients’ support systems
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information and establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy
Requirements - Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- LMFT, LCHMC, LCSW, preferred.
- LCAS is a plus.
- Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Experience in trauma, couples therapy, or process addiction required
- A minimum of 5 years of continuous clinical experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and interventions for relationship and mental health issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and the ability to establish a rapport with a diverse population
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- An ethical and professional approach to your work
