Do you have what it takes to be an exceptional Maintenance Supervisor?
  • A dynamic leader passionate about motivating a team to execute day-to-day operations with the highest quality and safety standards
  • 2+ years of experience as Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent, within the Food & Bev. industry
  • Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team with efficiency to uphold a standard of excellence
  • Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team with all maintenance activities and monitor their performance to ensure quality and safety
  • Document accurately equipment's performance, repairs, and inventory, identifying potential issues and solutions
  • Lead the maintenance team to identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, equipment, and systems in a timely manner
  • Assist managers and collaborate with different departments, ensuring effective communication and contributing to a positive working environment
