Job Description:

These Supervisor positions contribute to the success of PepsiCo by directing the manufacturing front line teams to meet customer needs and ensuring productive plant operations. You will align the team to achieve performance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
  • Proven front-line supervisory skills and ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making.
  • Understanding and experience on manufacturing processes
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $95,000 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
