Job Description Estimator- Commercial Construction A highly-respected General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join their growing team! Commercial Estimator Qualifications :
5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
Degree preferred, not required
Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
Work with clients and design teams
Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
