Qualifications - 3+ years of field experience in water-based fire protection systems required

Responsibilities - Responsible for advising team and customers on the technical aspects of their field of expertise and building and maintaining relationships with service offices and customers
- Advises team on questions and standards related to their field of expertise
- Provides technical assistance to the customers management and maintenance staff during emergency situations
- Advises customers and staff on NFPA standards
- Reviews inspection reports for deficiencies and accuracy
- Creates profitable proposals for service and deficiency repairs based on field experience and inspection reports
- Produces proposals in a timely manner (per individual customer and company standards)
- Works with Service Partners on parts, labor, and overall pricing per their pricing agreement
- Maintains asset data related to their field of expertise
- Trains staff with technical presentations in the field of expertise
