Responsibilities: - Quote projects/services to customers. - Hire technicians. - Evaluate and grow customer base. - Manage regional expenses. - Negotiate pricing with vendors and equipment suppliers. - Inspects the condition of existing plumbing equipment; repairs or modifies as needed. - Plans required maintenance, repairs, or modifications to plumbing, assigns appropriate staff to required tasks. - Analyzes work orders to identify and prioritize needed repairs and maintenance; evaluates systems to identify causes of problems. - Determines parts, materials, and other related supplies necessary for repairs, maintenance, or modifications; orders or otherwise obtains needed supplies. - Provides direction and assistance in the diagnosis and reporting of plumbing systems. - Coordinates work among Plumbing team and other trades, departments, project managers, or outside contractors. - Monitors all work performed and assists as needed to complete complicated jobs or train staff on methods and procedures. - Ensures that installations and repairs are performed and completed in accordance with all federal, state, and local codes. - Works with suppliers and obtains cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and installation of plumbing equipment; oversees and evaluates work performance. - Collaborates with customers or other appropriate staff to project the cost of future repairs and equipment needs to assist with budget process. - Maintains records of preventive maintenance performed on all major plumbing equipment. - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing service experience. - High School Diploma or greater. - Valid Drivers License and clean driving record. - Must have strong skillset in commercial Plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding. - Experience in contract negotiation. - Must have a stable background/work history to be considered for this position.
