Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse and as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas, and have a minimum of two (2) years of related experience, and preferred Certification in Adult, Family, or Public Health.
Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Very proficient ability to make professional nursing decisions and operate autonomously under written protocol.
Provides senior-level clinical services in specialty medical clinic, including medical assessment and treatment.
Evaluates and interprets patient condition through physical examination and laboratory procedures based on approved protocols; diagnoses patient condition, provides patient treatment.
Performs routine and non-routine medical procedures based on approved protocols and departmental guidelines.
