Bilingual Receptionist

Location: Washington, DC (Northeast - Free parking. Not easily accessible by public transportation)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Candidates MUST be able to commit to the schedule to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Receptionist will answer phones - must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Bilingual Receptionist will let guests in at the front door and manage visitor log book
  • Bilingual Receptionist will be trained on how to send out mail (i.e., Fed Ex or UPS)
  • Bilingual Receptionist will use a mail machine to stamp mail sent via USPS
  • Bilingual Receptionist will assist in distribution of office supplies and handling supplies requests
  • Bilingual Receptionist will ensure conference room is tidy
  • Bilingual Receptionist Will close down the front desk daily
  • Assisting with additional administrative projects, as requested

Requirements:

  • Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English required
  • 6 months-1 year+ of office/administrative experience
  • College degree is a plus but not required
  • Basic Word / MS Office Suite skills
  • Our client will train on their phone system and all software used
