HAZA Foods is seeking an IT Technician to support office and restaurant staff of multiple QSR restaurants in the Houston area.The ideal candidate will have experience providing support for software, hardware and networking related issues in a help desk/technical support environment, superior customer service & troubleshooting skills. In addition, the candidate will have Point-of-Sale (POS) technical support experience OR restaurant industry knowledge/background with hands-on, 'user-level' POS experience. Job Overview:
Minimum of 2 years of technical support/help desk support experience required
Excellent written and oral customer service skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first approach required
Experience working in the Restaurant industry and/or experience providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support for restaurants
Aloha POS experience is a major plus
Must be technically savvy with a strong overall technical aptitude and superior customer service skills
Strong skills and proficiency level in troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution
Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues
Working knowledge of networking topologies and various computer operating systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Access to private transportation and valid drivers license in good standing
Able and willing to travel up to 2 hours on occasion
