Manage on-site team, including schedules, progress and resources
Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials
Collaborate with clients and members of management team
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
Maintain daily log for the job site’s operations, and report to management
Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
