Our client, a rapidly growing family-owned business, is looking for a skilled Professional Engineer to join their team as a Project Manager for their water resource division. Position Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee water resource engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and review project proposals to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Manage the project team by prioritizing workloads and ensuring project deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Implement effective stormwater management strategies and solutions.
  • Coordinate resources, including labor and equipment, to support project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Key Job Functions:
  • Apply design standards to create innovative engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA standards.
  • Use ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, and CAD software for data analysis and project design.
  • Conduct field surveys and inspections to gather necessary data for engineering projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and project updates.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
