This position is split between field and office and the amount you spend will depend on where you feel you need to be to accomplish your goals.
MUST HAVE: - 10+ years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC management
- HVAC Certification / License preferred
- Strong skill-set of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and mechanical understanding
- Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications, and design
- Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Stable work history to be considered for this position
