Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE: A leading Mechanical Contractor is looking for a the right candidate that can generate and secure HVAC sales with new and existing customers to increase company profitability. Job Duties And Responsibilities:
Promote, sell, and secure new accounts.
Facilitate customer product selection.
Service existing accounts with necessary custom products, time, and information.
Develop services quotations, finalize contracts
Assist with product selection best suited to customer needs.
Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, sale terms, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
Estimate materials from blueprints provided by customers/contractors.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Assist in accounts receivable collection.
Attend and participate in training, participate in business unit sales meetings, when required.
Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
Complete and pass a drug, alcohol, background screen and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Minimum of 5 years of full cycle solution sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline discipline preferred
Speak, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends. * Interpret written, oral, diagrams, and schedule-form instructions
Utilize Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Learn and utilize Envisioneer™ software.
Sales Representatives WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
Sell services within the portfolio
Responsible for working directly with building owners, and facility directors,
Customer Retention
Regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
Focus areas- Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Education, Hospitality facilities, Government, and other institutonal campuses.
