Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
