Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
