Data Center Preconstruction Manager . This contractor has a backlog of projects, based out of the Minneapolis or Chicago offices. The
Data Center Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!
Data Center Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities: • Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
• Assist in schedule development
• Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
• Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
• Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
• Develop scopes of work for all project related trades
Data Center Preconstruction Manager Qualifications: - B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree
- 5+ Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction with Data Center experience
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficiency in the Development of Commercial Construction Projects
