As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related inquiries, and provide suitable recommendations. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining product knowledge and store visual standards. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, recommending products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Accurately process sales transactions
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Retrieve and handle products from shelves and warehouse
  • Prepare and tint products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, create displays, and clean store equipment
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of products and suggest sales improvement strategies
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without future sponsorship
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Prior experience in paint sales and operating tinting and mixing equipment
