Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
With more than 40 years of continuous a local contractor is passionate about providing steady employment and a great work environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have some knowledge of electrical systems and design for commercial, industrial, or other low or medium voltage systems. The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for working alongside engineers, estimators, and construction staff to provide Project Management services and support to ensure successful project completion.
Qualification Requitements:
  • Have or have held Journeyman electrical license or equivalent experience
  • Commercial electrical experience
  • Knowledge of NEC
  • Proficient computer skills & knowledge of office suits
Responsibilities:
  • Working alongside engineers, estimators, and construction staff to provide Project Management services and support to ensure successful project completion
  • Manage submittals and drawings for assigned projects
  • Participate in proposal process as needed
  • Create monthly progress billing reports and close out documentation,
  • Track costs and labor for assigned projects
  • Work with field leadership to ensure on-time/budget projects
  • Travel to local job sites as needed
  • Coordinate with other trades
  • Provides construction administration services (RFI resolution, submittal reviews, attend project meetings with customer and contractors)

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
