Looking for a Swiss Programmer in Burnsville, MN

The Swiss Programmer/Machinist will manage the equipment required to manufacture FDA-regulated implants and surgical instruments. You will be programming with advanced software and machining on a Citizen L-32 Swiss machine. Plan and schedule machining processes to create and maintain an inventory of medical implants and surgical instruments on the Swiss Lathe – Citizen L32-XII. Maintain organization and documents for production records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices, FDA 21 CFR, and relevant guidelines, including programs and tool setup.

Looking for:

  • Proficiency in advanced software

  • SolidWorks

  • Experience with Esprit for programming swiss machines

  • Tooling Inventory (FastTrack / Productivity Inc.)

  • Trig and Algebra Calculations

  • Manual Inspection Equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.)

  • Vision Measuring System

  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel

  • Google Suite

  • eQMS (QT9)

  • ERP

Work Environment

Climate controlled manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels.

Eye protection and hearing protection will be provided.

Work with the engineering team on new prototypes

• PTO: 20 Days (Accrual rate of .0769 per hour worked, up to a maximum 160 hours per year)
