AmeriPro Roofing is Hiring Immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our Account Management team!  This position is On-site for the first 90 days  at our Corporate office in Downers Grove.  A Customer Service Representative will take ownership of an approved job turned in by a sales representative and make sure each homeowner understands the build process. You will assist with any paperwork needed to move the project forward, keep the homeowner informed of their material delivery dates, build time frames, and set payment schedules with each individual homeowner.

The ideal Customer Service Representative is familiar with account management, collections, customer friendly, organized, professional, and thrive in de-escalation. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $42,000 - $52,000 / year  (based on experience)

Day-To-Day Duties:

  • Follow up with insurance companies for approval confirmation.
  • Follow up on jobs where paperwork turned into the office is not filled out correctly.
  • Follow up on jobs turned into the office that are placed on hold/cancelled to get the jobs back on track.
  • Process updates/Account Balance/ Closing calls
  • Collections
  • Make 100+ outbound calls
  • Properly document the file about any workmanship concerns for review
  • Obtain and discuss Summaries (insurance approval document)
  • Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
  • Use our in-house CRM Buildfly
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Service preferred 
  • 2-3 years' experience in Account Management strongly preferred
  • 1-3 experience in Collections and Negotiation
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong resolution skills on escalated calls
  • Previous management experience preferred not required
  • Basic computer skills, typing, 45-60 wpm, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Effective time management & prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience using CRM strongly preferred
  • Quick learning, energetic, passionate, positive, and self-motivated individuals
