Restoration Sales Manager Duties * Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
*Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman
*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.
Restoration Roof Sale Manager Experience Required * 2+ years of roofing sale Management experience
* Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing/Restoration materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
Benefits/Compensation for a Restoration/Roofing Sales Manager * Full health benefits, 401K
* Base salary between $75k-$90k + aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $120k+
