Responsibilities Provide information about health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.
Receives and responds to routine member or provider inquiries, requests and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
Serves as the front-line resolution advocate on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
Maintains performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to research and follow up with the Member until a resolution occurs.
Required Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience
1 year of call center experience
