About the Company & Overview of the Receptionist/Administrator Role:

  • CFS is partnering with one of its top clients, a well known college, to hire a Receptionist/Administrator to support the President!
    • The selected candidate will work on a long term contract basis
  • Company offers free parking to its employees
  • Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Position is 100% in office in Baltimore City, MD
    • Candidates will ideally be local to the Baltimore area

Job Duties for the Receptionist/Administrator Include:
  • Assists with the management of the office's administrative and student affairs
  • Greets and directs visitors
  • Attends meetings and provides follow ups as needed with attendees
  • Reviews and tracks internal and external mail
  • Researches, collects and organizes data as required for speaking engagements, presentations and meetings
  • Assists with the review of documents and obtains signatures as needed
  • Monitors office expenditures and budget
  • Assists with drafting presentations, itineraries, agendas and various confidential correspondence
  • Arranges, coordinates and schedules a variety of meetings, appointments and special events
  • Coordinates, processes and manages travel arrangements as needed
  • Under direction, assists with initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement of administrative operations
  • Assists with the work assignments for Administrative Assistants in office
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Receptionist/Administrator Role:

  • Bachelors degree and 3 years of executive/admin assistant or office manager experience OR 5+ years of experience, in place of degree, providing high level admin support to C level executives
  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working with diverse personalities
