Physical Therapist Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient PT office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical ailments, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper body mechanics
- Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to practice growth
Physical Therapist Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current state license to practice
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred (new-grads welcome)
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with colleagues
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
