Job Description Physical Therapist As part of our dynamic team, we are looking for a committed and compassionate Physical Therapist. It is essential that the candidate has a passion for improving patients' quality of life through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. In your role as a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Evaluate the physical capabilities and limitations of patients.
- Plan treatment according to the needs and goals of each patient.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications: - Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state Physical Therapist license.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in addition to collaborating in a team environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
