Lead Architect Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop conceptual residential designs
- Define vision for new communities
- Coordinate land planning, interiors, and landscape architecture
- Create hand drawings and sketches for schematic design
- Apply aesthetic design skills from project level to fine details
- Lead architecture team and manage goals
- Design custom homes individually and collaboratively
- Create concept design drawings and specific details
- Review site conditions and provide technical guidance
Lead Architect Experience and Education: - Four-year degree in architecture or related field
- 5+ years in residential design and drafting
- Understanding of residential construction techniques
- Preferred high-end custom home experience
- Knowledge of relevant building codes
- Proficiency in Revit
