Position: Experienced Plumber - Residential and Light Commercial Projects

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our dynamic team in the Mechanical industry. This role is perfect for a professional with experience in both residential and light commercial plumbing projects who is ready to take on new challenges and lead a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.
  • Collaborate closely with service and installation teams to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Oversee the daily operations of plumbing projects, including personnel dispatch and coordination.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise in interpreting manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Maintain organized and efficient operations, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software platforms to streamline project management and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, particularly in residential and light commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and the ability to train others.
  • Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background.
