**Prior experience in healthcare recruiting is highly desirable/preferred**
-WAH associates are required to set their home office in a quiet and private space with minimal distractions.
-WAH associates must manage dependent care and personal responsibilities in a way that allows them to successfully meet their assignment and position responsibilities.
-WAH associates are required to have high-speed internet with speeds of 25 MPS download / 10 MPS upload. The cost for high-speed internet is the responsibility of the associate.
-WAH associates are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet.
The Recruiter 1 interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Recruiter 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
The Recruiter 1 refers applicants to particular position openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. Assists with employment advertising and other related duties. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Less than 3 years of technical experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
