As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and offer recommendations. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high standard for product presentation and quality. You will also be involved in store operations such as sales transactions, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. We are looking for individuals who are able to deliver excellent customer service, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 70 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance in person and over the phone
  • Build and maintain trust with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and meet sales goals
  • Maintain inventory and product displays
  • Assist with store operations and deliveries
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience with paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
