Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive in Chicago, Illinois! You'll be responsible for the management of a successful team in the construction industry growing sales in the area! This position does not require travel outside of Chicago! Absolutely no overnight travel! Essential Functions:
Maintains communication between client and project manager
Outgoing sales calls and site visits
Maintains knowledge of company products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate staff to cross-sell.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing accounts, dormant or non-customer accounts, including competitor accounts
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation skill
Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
