ELECTRICAL DATA CENTER PROJECT MANAGERWhat They Need: Looking for a dynamic
Electrical Data Center Project Manager to help our client manage premier Data Center projects and expand the business.
- A College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license
- 5 yrs Minimum Electrical contracting project management experience
- Critical environment or operational data center experience
- Have technical knowledge and experience with complex electrical systems. Such as:Building Electrical systems, Electrical Distribution, Emergency Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and High/Medium/Low voltage applications.
What You'll Do: - Project and Account Management: manage overall schedule and milestones; financial, labor and change order tracking; materials purchasing and deliveries; customer relations; billing
- Business Development: maintain customer relationships; manage large accounts; develop new business annually
- Estimating: determine materials take-off; review project scope and final bid; finalize summary sheet
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the projects are meticulously planned and executed with precision.
