Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other).
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software tools to create detailed engineering designs and plans.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Support the preparation of proposals and project bids as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferred; PE (Professional Engineer) licensure is a plus.
