Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
  • Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other).
  • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software tools to create detailed engineering designs and plans.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and project bids as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferred; PE (Professional Engineer) licensure is a plus.
