Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager 5 + years of commercial construction experience.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise work of projects
• Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities
• Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Excel, Procore or similar construction software
• Experience with reading blueprints and project specifications
• Assist in estimate projects
• Self-motivated and attention to detail
• Team player
