We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to work in our team. The PT will be responsible for conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients needing skilled services, such as physical therapy and rehabilitation. This role requires a compassionate professional dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through personalized therapy programs.Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California.Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of rehabilitation practices in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required..Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications
