ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for Occupational Therapist:- Conduct evaluations
- Develop individual plans of care which include skills for community reintegration.
- Deliver skilled interventions that support goals on plans of care.
- Collaborate with other service providers
- Use all functions and applications of TechCare™ relevant to maintaining daily progress notes, correspondence with providers, and documentation procedures.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on the physical, psychosocial, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the patients served.
QualificationsQualifications for Occupational Therapist: - Graduated from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
- Current CPR Certification
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations
- Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations
- Must have the physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details
