Job Title: MIG Welder Job Description - Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a MIG Welder in a fast-paced production environment.
- Your primary role involves pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel all day, using weld fixtures and symbols to complete units within a set time frame.
- You will be responsible for loading metal onto fixtures, welding parts of a unit, unloading once complete, and passing the unit along for further processing.
- Expect to perform around 2,000-2,500 welds per day, where your productivity is measured by the weld cell, not individually.
- You must consistently deliver high-quality, cosmetic welds and adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing a weld helmet, gloves, weld jacket, steel toe boots, and earplugs.
