We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Director of the Cyber Accelerator. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge cyber solutions to address the evolving needs of our customers in defense, offense, and cyber physical systems.

The Cyber Accelerator is responsible for providing innovative technologies, scalable enterprise capabilities, and thought leadership in full-spectrum cyber technologies. As the Director, you will lead the development of differentiated capabilities for integration and implementation across all customers, including internal cybersecurity teams. You will also provide technical proposal leadership and mentoring support to strategic captures.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the overall full-spectrum cyber technology strategy and align it with the company's pipeline and program/customer needs.
  • Technical Innovation: Lead the development of innovative solutions for all Leidos customers and demonstrate the company's credentials in solving complex problems.
  • Cyber Workforce Development: Contribute to the technical element of the cyber workforce strategy by building communities of technical talent and recommending upskilling paths.
  • Cross-organizational collaboration: Facilitate the sharing of cyber knowledge and best practices across the entire Leidos enterprise.
  • Operational Management: Manage the successful execution of IRAD projects, staffing, budgeting, and adoption by programs and captures of the solutions.
  • Servant Leadership: Build and develop a dynamic, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Master's degree and 15 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated Capabilities: Strategy development and execution, team-building, research and development.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in cybersecurity, cyber operations, AI, and quantum sciences.
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and contribute to solution development for large captures and programs.
  • Communication: Effective at communicating with senior leadership and public speaking skills.
  • Mentorship: Ability to identify, mentor, lead, manage, and promote talent.

Pay Range

Pay Range $207,200.00 - $333,000.00
