Job Title: Electromechanical Technician - Overnight 11pm - 7am

Job Description

Manage time and tasks on the 2nd shift to ensure meeting with the previous maintenance team, helping manage tasks based on priority. Collaborate with the team to set a schedule of tasks to reduce downtime and costly service repairs. Ensure effective time management and complete tasks to professional standards in the most effective and efficient manner. Compile, prepare, and log all pending and completed work orders into maintenance management software, keeping accurate logs and maintenance records for each machine and auxiliary equipment. Make recommendations to replace, upgrade, or repair outdated, inefficient, or damaged equipment while ensuring company budget allowances are met. Prepare complete evaluation and preventative/predictive maintenance reports for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for future maintenance and replacement capex requisitions. Prepare Capex forms with ROI for submission to upper management approvals. Follow up with Purchase Order submission and monitor delivery dates. Plan in advance for new or replacement equipment to reduce startup and commissioning delays. Review all diagrammatic and CAD drawing details of planned machinery/equipment positions in advance. Manage and coordinate all special projects, automation, and tool room requirements. Adopt a regularly scheduled maintenance program for plant machinery and related equipment. Repair and maintain PLC systems that control robotic automation, injection mold machines (95 on site), hydraulic cylinders, conveyors, motors, and electrical panels.

Climate control. 3rd shift (11pm-7am) with a minimum of 2 months training on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm).
