Now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent.Job Description:Position: Construction Superintendent Experience: 8+ Years Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: - Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforcing strict safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Supervising and mentoring on-site construction teams to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Keeping detailed records of project progress, materials, and costs.
- Reporting project updates and issues to upper management.
- Traveling to project sites as required to meet project needs.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for experience in industrial projects, especially Big Box Warehouses.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them rigorously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with construction management software is a plus.
