Commercial Interior Superintendent-Drywall to contribute to the success of high-rise apartment complex projects.
Commercial Interior Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule subcontractors to optimize work sequences.
- Monitor project progress, promptly address issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
Commercial Interior Superintendent Essential Job Functions:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure stringent quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes.
Commercial Interior Superintendent Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in drywall installation.
- Proficient understanding of carpentry, framing, insulation, wallboard, doors, and hardware.
- Experience utilizing Procore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. Relocation Options: For the right candidate, relocation guidance is available.
