We are seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support the needs of military families. This unique opportunity involves providing counseling, consultation, and outreach to support military service members and their families as they navigate military life adjustments. The role will focus on providing non-medical support, including addressing social and emotional issues before they become greater challenges. Responsibilities include working at schools with military youth, engaging in activities, offering coaching and support to staff and parents, and promoting positivity and creativity. Licensure Portability
Under the recent National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), licensed Military and Family Life Counselors may provide non-medical counseling services to military families at any location within the United States. Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00 The pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
